On this special episode of Fat Noodle, we head to downtown Denver to check out the Yuan Wonton Kitchen Takeover at Pony Up! Executive Chef Penelope Wong parked her food truck out front and is serving up some amazing tradition in the back. While we waited (2 hours) for the dumpling cookout, we hit a well known ramen spot called Uncle with a super special guest.
